What are the benefits of Therapeutic Massage?

A therapeutic or holistic massage has many physical and psychological benefits. By relieving muscle pain, improving joint flexibility and relaxing the nervous system you will, in turn, benefit from better sleep, a more positive outlook and decreased stress levels.

Your massage will be luxurious and pampering as well as soothing, de-stressing, stimulating and comforting. Classic Swedish massage techniques are used and I only use excellent quality oils and aromatherapy products.

What are your goals?

Massage can help with many problems: deeper techniques are used for very tired, overused muscles; drainage techniques are used to stimulate the lymphatic system; we can work on postural muscles that are over worked or we can make it our aim to relax the nervous system to allow the body to relax fully.
